LaaS Managed Legal Services Program
(LaaS is: Legal as a Service)
Chess-Strategy

The ProblemAs a start up and growing businesses, you know intuitively that having legal counsel and guidance is an important part of the development of a successful organization.  However, the standard legal fee structure of time billing against a retainer causes clients to avoid engaging lawyers for fear of being nickel-and-dimed to death.  This type of billing rewards lawyers for taking too much time and over-lawyering simple transactions to keep the cash-flow going.

The Solution:  The LaaSProgram is an innovative framework designed to afford the client the benefits of an experienced, de facto General Counsel at an affordable, consistent price.  Patterned after the managed services delivery model in the IT industry, the LaaS model delivers legal services proactively in a preventative way with reasonable consistent costs.

The Benefits Under the LaaS model, never again will you be forced to scramble to find high-priced lawyers to fix big problems under difficult circumstances with little time.  Instead of fearing the clock and every 6-minute phone call, the client has a reliable attorney as part of their team to provide legal counsel and services across every legal subject matter and prevent problems from occurring in the first place.  As a business leader you can focus on your mission critical work and have the confidence that your legal matters are in good hands.
